The foundation that owns this site wishes that site visitors be limited to people having a genuine rather than a casual interest in the history of the community. It is hoped by promoting a feeling of dynamic participation and ownership users of this site will enhance its value for the entire group of authorized users.
To become a member of this website, a person must have lived in the community for four (4) or more years, or have gone to school in the Highland School District for one (1) or more years or have been related to someone who has. In addition, members must follow the content rules established by site management for approval of database content.
This website is operated by volunteers. Cost of maintaining the site is paid from tax deductible contributions. Contact us if you wish to volunteer and/or make a tax free contribution.
