Correspondence Rules

Submittal of correspondence may be via email, fax or letter. Photos may be emailed, but for better presentation copies via mail are best. Originals and copies will be scanned and returned immediately.

Data and photos intended for use in files available on the website may be submitted in draft form and need not show evidence of proper grammar, spelling etc. Site editors will review, rewrite and submit back to sender data for approval prior to use on the site.
